Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy (Pre-Orders)

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-order items. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds apply to these purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or expected to become available at a future date. Pre-orders allow you to secure an item prior to it arriving in inventory.

For pre-order items, Apt Studio may:

• Collect full payment at checkout, or

• Collect a partial deposit and store your payment method, with the remaining balance charged prior to fulfilment

Estimated availability and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are subject to change. Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability and production timelines.

Cancellations

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time prior to fulfilment, in which case any payments made will be refunded.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. Any return or refund requests after fulfilment will be assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Availability Changes

In the event that a pre-order item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Apt Studio will contact you to offer:

• A full refund, or

• An exchange for an alternative product, with any difference in price adjusted accordingly
